Clay Morel is responsible for the vision and strategy of the Atterro Human Capital Group which provides three primary services: SmartSourcing, Staffing, and Executive Search and operates 4 specialty brands; Digital People Creative and Marketing; Hunter Hamilton Finance and Accounting; Pro Staff Administrative and Light Industrial; and Ware Technology Services.

Mr. Morel’s experience ranges from serving as COO for an international software company and holding executive positions with several staffing firms. Today, Mr. Morel maintains an active, hands-on role with many of Atterro’s key customers.

Mike Kennedy is responsible for managing Atterro’s financial and administrative support operations. In this executive leadership role, he focuses on financial planning and reporting, risk management, capital attainment, banking, contracts, compliance and corporate governance.

Mr. Kennedy joined Atterro after serving as the chief financial officer at Sage Electrochromics, Inc. since 2001. He has served other corporations as chief financial officer since 1996 and has been vice-president-treasurer. He is a certified public accountant with extensive background in SEC reporting, investor relations, private and institutional financing and cash management activities.

Candice Winterringer is responsible for the implementation, day-to-day operational execution and account management for Atterro's strategic accounts. In her role, she works closely with her clients to understand their strategic business objectives and deliverables, then she ensures Atterro meets all expected deliverables, timelines and budgets.

Ms. Winterringer has held various executive leadership positions within Atterro serving as regional vice president, vice president of business development and vice president of marketing. She has extensive experience developing and leading high performance service delivery teams for a variety of national and global clients.

As Senior Vice President of Pro Staff, Greg Jensen is responsible for the development, growth, and expansion of Pro Staff’s Administrative and Light Industrial staffing solutions. This includes setting the overall strategy; assembling the management, sales, and service delivery teams; and driving results across all of the Pro Staff markets.

Mr. Jensen brings 17 years of industry experience in multiple areas of expertise including IT, Engineering, Administrative, and Light Industrial. He has held various positions in recruiting, sales, and management and has extensive experience developing customized human capital solutions.

As Senior Vice President of Atterro's Professional Services, Susan Rylance is responsible for the account development, service delivery, and promoting the value and services provided by Digital People, Hunter Hamilton and Ware Technology Services to customers and talent.

Ms. Rylance has been with Atterro for 12 years and has served various roles throughout the company. Additionally, she has served on the board of the Midwest Direct Marketing Association. Ms. Rylance brings previous management experience where she was a top leader in both sales and management. Her experience as a top sales leader has been instrumental in her developing successful teams.

In her role as Senior Vice President of Atterro's Human Resources, Teri Calderon is responsible for Employee Retention and Engagement, Incentives and Rewards, Training and Development, as well as matters related to Human Resources Compliance.

Ms. Calderon has been with Atterro for 11 years in various positions within Human Resources. During a total of 17 years in the Human Resources field, Ms. Calderon has focused on aligning people’s strengths and work with the goals and strategy of the organizations she has served. She is currently a mentor volunteer through the Menttium organization, as well as an active member of SHRM
